LANGQING QUALITY GUARANTEE

     Langqing Electric Car Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred “LANGQING”) will take proper action in service activity, based on following statement:

1. FREE REPAIR SERVICE

LANGQING will , free of charge, replace or repair any part adjusted defective——due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory. All parts replaced under “Free Repair Service” become property of LANGQING.

2. PERIOD OF FREE REPAIR SERVICE

The period of “Free repair service” for LANGQING vehicles will be one year from the date of purchase (the date of Invoice issued by LANGQING). The easy-damaged parts such as side mirror, tyre, brake shoes, CD player and windscreen are not included in free repair service.

3. GENERAL EXCLUSION

General exclusion from this “Free repair service” shall include any failures caused by:
(1) Fading, rust, or deterioration due to expose ordinary wear and tear.
(2) Abnormal strain, neglect, or abuse, including lack of proper maintenance, and any contrary to the “User’s Manual instruction.
(3) Accident or collision damage.
(4) Installation of parts or accessories that are not original equipment.
(5) Modification or alteration that affects the car’s condition, operation, performance, or durability, or which makes the car serve a purpose other than use as seating capacity.
(6) Damage due to improper transportation.
(7) The use of non-recommended battery liquid or gear lubricant.
(8) Any charges incurred in transporting an electric car to and from LANGQING and/or an authorized dealer for service or in performing field service.

4. CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY

The customer’s responsibility under this “ Free repair service” shall be:
(1) Operate and maintain the electric car as specified in the appropriate User’s Manual.

    Do not make any modification or change to the electric car that alters the weight distribution, its stability or increase the speed beyond the factory specification, which can cause serious personal injury.
